Dear Maria,

I am a freshman at ISU and I'd just like to thank you for speaking the other night. Most everyone I talked to afterwards couldn't stop raving about it. I had a blast. I laughed hysterically, but I also found it insightful and learned alot. In a way, that situation is the best way for young people to learn about sex; put a bunch of them in a large room, away from their parents, and have someone come out and just straight up talk about it. It's a shame that it's so hard for young people to learn about such an important topic because there's so much weird hype around it, when really all we want is honesty.
